Return Policy

Before sending any item back to West Coast Productions, please contact Customer Service at 818-709-0100 ext#100 within 30 days of purchase.

When returning a product, please follow the instructions below.

1. 

Include your original Invoice in the box and seal it tightly. Mail your package to: West Coast Productions: 19801 Nordhoff Pl Suite 110. Chatsworth, CA 91311

2. 

Please allow 2 - 4 business days for processing after we have received your return item(s).

3. 

After processing, you will receive an email confirmation of your Return Information.


 Return Policy:

 

Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice).

 

Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.

 

Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.

 

We do NOT pay for postage on returns items.

 

Shipping Charges are not Refundable.

 

International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused.

 

All promotional Items cannot be Returned unless item is defective.

 

Returns will only be accepted for items with a manufacturer defect. The item will be replaced with the same item and no credits or refunds will be issued.
